1. Course Enrollment & Payments

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

  • A refund request is submitted within 7days of the purchase date
  • The student has completed no more than 10% of the course content
  • No certificates have been issued for the course

Refund requests submitted after the eligibility period will not be considered.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Courses where more than the allowed percentage has been completed
  • Downloadable digital materials
  • Certificates, assessments, or examination fees
  • Subscription fees already billed
  • Promotional, discounted, or bundled purchases (unless stated otherwise)

3. Subscription Cancellation

If Accelera Academy offers subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing cycle.
  • Access to subscription content will continue until the end of the paid period.

4. Course Cancellation by Accelera Academy

Accelera Academy reserves the right to:

  • Modify course schedules or content
  • Postpone or cancel courses due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances

If a course is canceled by Accelera Academy:

  • Students will receive a full refund or
  • The option to transfer enrollment to another course

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Registered email address
  • Course name
  • Reason for the refund request

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • We encourage students to contact us first to resolve any payment issues.
  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting Accelera Academy may result in account suspension or termination.
  • Any fees incurred due to chargebacks may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Refunds are not granted based on:

  • Dissatisfaction with course outcomes
  • Lack of expected academic or career results
  • Failure to complete the course

All courses are provided for educational purposes only.


8. Policy Changes

Accelera Academy reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
